To return merchandise, a return authorization, invoice copy, original packaging and reason for return is needed from Tesla Solutions Online Store. Missing box, documentation, etc. are bill-able. All refunds exclude shipping and returns may be refused for missing kitting. Damages are the responsibility of the carrier once the shipment is delivered to the carrier. Customers must make damage claims directly to the carrier within 10 days of receipt of the order. All boxes and packaging material are necessary when filing a claim.
You have 7 days from the time you receive an item to initiate a return. Returns must be received within 30 days from the date of purchase. All non-defective returns will be assessed a 15% restock fee within 30 days of purchase and will only be accepted in resalable condition with all original packaging. Freight charges and handling fee will not be refunded.
RETURN PACKAGING:
Repack the product in its original packaging, along with all manuals and related materials. Place the packaged product in a protective outer box.
LIKE NEW CONDITION:
All returned products must be returned 100% complete, including all of its components, all original boxes and packing materials, manuals, blank warranty cards and other accessories provided by the manufacturer. Returns can be refused at the discretion of Tesla Solutions Online Store for missing materials.
INCOMPLETE, SCRATCHED or DAMAGED CONDITION:
Tesla Solutions Online Store reserves the right to refuse crediting the customer’s account and the product will be returned to the customer. The return freight will be billed to the customer’s credit card.
All shipping/pricing discrepancies must be reported within 5 business days of receipt of order.
All prices are subject to change without prior notification. We are not responsible for misprints or out of stock items.
Refunds will be made with the same method of payment as the original order. Credit card refunds may be made only to the same card used for the original purchase.
All products sold by Tesla Solutions are sold with, to the extent that such warranties exist and are transferable, the manufacturer’s limited warranty.
Please read all warranty material carefully as the warranty period, service and transferability varies by manufacturer and product. All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA). RMAs are effective for 30 days only.
The RMA number must be printed clearly on outside of the carton, and all products must be securely protected in double packaging. If the RA number is not visible, the shipment may be refused. If shipping labels are placed on or RMA numbers written on the manufacturer’s boxes, the product will not be in resalable condition, and, in turn, will not be eligible for return.
All returns must be returned with freight PREPAID. Damaged and defective product replacements will be sent with no freight expense to the customer.
Defective product can be returned within 30 days of sale. After 30 days, defective product must be returned to the manufacturer, under the specific warranty allowances.
Upon receipt and acceptance of returned items, Tesla Solutions Online Store will credit the customer’s account for merchandise costs. No cash refunds will be allowed. Credit will be applied back to the original order, and under the same payment terms. The following items are not eligible for return:
# Special orders, closeout items and discontinued items.
# Items for which manufacturers will not accept returns.
# Items showing obvious signs of misuse, consumer abuse or commercial use.
# Color copiers, printers, fax machines, toner cartridges and consumables.
Please allow one week for return processing.
Returns will not be accepted 30 days after sale, regardless of reason.
